How to Get Through the Holidays

 

Dear Caregivers,

As the year winds down into its closing weeks and we head into the holiday season, I want to pause, take a breath, and say thanks, thanks, thanks, to you all!
 
Our goal at Navigating Aging Needs is to help you and your loved one navigate the course of this terrible disease. We do that through advice, consultation, and a suite of scientific tools and educational content designed to help you be your best during this process. 
 
But the key ingredient in our NAN Navigator program is, of course, you. Your input, feedback, and willingness to engage with us is what makes this program successful, and everyone here at NAN experiences great joy and satisfaction to know that we have helped make a difference, no matter how small. 
 
As I always advise, please work hard to find time for your own self-care in this season! I’m going to follow my own advice and likewise take a break from this newsletter during the holidays, but rest assured, I’ll be back at the beginning of the new year!
